Hi Guys!  I just wanted to write to tell you how please I am with the DIY Brivis Ducted heating unit we purchased from Dynamic Heating. 
 
We are from ballarat and we have just bought a little two bedroom townhouse which had an old style wall heater that struggled to heat one room.  My husband and I were in the market for a ducted system.  I called a few local suppliers only to be shocked with quotes upward of $5500 to install a ducted system to heat our TINY house.... SO I continued to search, and came across the Dynamic heating and cooling web site!  The website you have is fantastic, it has a fabulous forum which I checked out to see how hard it would be to fit a DIY kit ourselves... and after some discussions with my husband, we decided to give it a go!
 
I Emailed requesting pricing and some other particulars about the DIY kit, and they replied within MINUTES!  They gave me a fantastic deal and plenty of advice and guidance with our purchase. 
 
We opted to pay for the kit using the 'Interest free' option available through Dynamic Heating and Cooling.  This gave us the ability to purchase a great system and kept our cash free to complete other home renovations!  What a fantastic service!
 
Within a week, we received a call to say the system was ready for us to collect! 
 
After we collected the unit, my husband (who is not very experienced with anything DIY!!) set about installing the kit!  I have to say he did a great job!! Its pretty straight forward really.  Although I must say that having the crew at Dynamic available to help with those little questions along the way was a god send!!
 
so now I sit...in my lounge room, a toasty 21 degrees!!!!  (And need every bit of that temperature in sunny Ballarat!!) 
 
Thankyou so so much to the team at Dynamic Heating and Cooling!  We are so happy with every part of our purchase experience!!  Keep up the good work!  We will tell our friends!

 I'd like to thank DHC for not only providing excellent DIY ducted-heating options, but also for backing these up with helpful and friendly service and advice.My experience with Dynamic Heating and Cooling has been nothing but positive.  Every question I had about the process of ordering, and later installing, the system was answered with a minimum of fuss in a friendly manner. 

I’m amazed that dealing with an interstate supplier, with the added logistic complexity of delivering a large “package” across Bass Strait, could be so straight-forward.Compare this with the negative experiences I had with the local suppliers in Hobart, Tasmania (who would not arrive when arranged, fail to get back to me with quotes after wasting our time spec-ing out my house, or simply fail to return my numerous calls), and the DHC experience becomes one that I am not only very happy with, but will highly recommend to others locally.

The process of installing a ducted heating system is not simple, and is in fact by far the most involved DIY task I’ve undertaken to date, and hence the most rewarding.  To anyone out there who is considering installing their own heating system, I believe installing your own heating solution will be a positive experience, as long as you: 

·         Take the time to properly plan out your ducting and unit requirements (with the help of the professionals as you feel you need it – and you will

·         Are fairly handy with a jigsaw, and confident to cut holes in your walls/floor/ceiling

·         Are capable of running some pipe for a drain and for a flue

·         Are capable of positioning a slab/panel/or bracket for the heating unit

·         Don’t mind getting dirty in tight crawl-spaces

·         Are prepared to work on this for several weekends (depending on how much help you get from your mates)

·         Are looking to save thousands of dollars

If you do decide to install your own system, I’d be surprised if you could do better than to deal with Dynamic Heating and Cooling throughout the process.Best regards Ben, TASMANIA

A week ago I successfully commissioned my 8 Point Floor System, which is working very satisfactorily. I just wanted to comment on the overall experience.I found Dynamic Heating & Cooling on the web, while looking for suppliers for heating equipment. I was immediately taken by your website, which enabled me to learn a lot about how to do a rough design, how to determine what is needed and then to assemble and price a list of requirements. I made three or four calls to the company with queries along the way and each person I spoke to gave clear and simple answers. The complete order was delivered to Sydney in three days as promised and the only problems with the installation were those caused by me. All in all, a very pleasing and satisfying experience!
