When Dynamic Heating & Cooling first opened it's doors, our main focus in business was to be a major supplier of ducted heating and air conditioning components. Within a few years it became obvious that this task was going to be easier than expected as most of our opposition cared little about the customer. So our niche in the market was discovered and expanded upon using these principals: (1) provide great customer service, (2) supply fantastic products then, (3) to back this up with a terrific guarantee!
We then expanded the business into providing the same service, products and guarantee to retail customers in the form of DIY (do it yourself) kits. Our DIY kits have proven to be hugely successful, providing many people with a cost effective alternative to their heating and air conditioning needs. We currently feel that our original vision has been expanded to care for both the trade and retail customers.
Always looking to improve, Dynamic Heating & Cooling are now focusing on another area in the heating and cooling industry that is in need of our great service, fantastic products and terrific guarantee. Our focus now is to become the best installation company in the Melbourne metropolitan area. We hear all too often about people who are unhappy with their system that has cost them thousands, annoyed with companies whose backup service is just terrible, sick of pushy salesmen trying to sell what they want and not what the customer needs!
So beginning in 2007 Dynamic Heating & Cooling are focused on a new part of our business which is incorporated into our company vision:
