Instead of placing your return air grille in a wall or losing valuable cupboard space you may prefer the option on a floor return air grille. Placed in the floor and usually needs a box below so the return air duct can be adapted to the grille. You may purchase the grille alone, or along with a return air box - keep in mind you will need a starting collar the same size as your return air duct.
